I was greeted right away and told that I would get a call in a few hours after the car was inspected. Got a call promptly in about 2 hours to explain the issue and the costs and asked if I would like to proceed. The costs were extremely reasonable and I was told to pick up my car in 45 minutes. When I arrived at the shop my car was all fixed up and ready to go. No more loud noise was being emitted from my vehicle and I was no longer embarrassed to drive it around town.”
