Competitive Pricing

Our tire pricing is competitive and often better than major retailers once installation, balancing, and service are considered. Seasonal manufacturer rebates are also common, especially in spring and fall, helping reduce overall cost without sacrificing quality.

Seasonal Tire Changes

Seasonal tire changes are handled by appointment only, allowing us to provide consistent, careful service, especially during busy seasonal periods.

  • Tire changes are pre‑booked

  • During peak seasons, we kindly ask a couple of days’ notice

Booking ahead ensures your vehicle receives proper time and attention, including:

  • professional mounting and balancing

  • correct torque procedures to manufacturer specifications

  • a visual inspection during installation

This approach supports tire safety, even wear, and long‑term reliability, not rushed turnaround.

Tire Storage

Our off‑site tire storage service offers a convenient solution for customers who don’t have space at home to store off‑season tires. Tire storage:

  • reduces seasonal handling and transport hassle

  • keeps tires stored properly when not in use

  • Convenient solution after seasonal change

Tire Rotation & Preventive Maintenance

Tire rotation is a critical part of preventive vehicle maintenance and plays a key role in ensuring even tread wear.

Regular tire rotation helps:

  • extend the life of your tires

  • maintain consistent handling and braking

  • identify early signs of misalignment or suspension issues

This proactive approach helps protect your tire investment and supports safe, predictable vehicle performance. Rotation can be performed during oil change appointments or as part of tire inspections.

Tire Repair & Rim Inspection

Not all tire issues require immediate replacement, but safety always comes first. When a tire concern arises, we begin with a thorough inspection to determine the most appropriate solution.

Our tire service includes:

  • a thorough inspection of the tire

  • evaluation of repairability and safety

  • use of approved repair materials and methods

  • inspection of the wheel rim for damage or deformation

In some cases, tire problems are caused by a bent or damaged rim, which can lead to air loss, vibration, or uneven wear. When appropriate, we can repair or straighten damaged rims to restore proper fit and performance.

If a tire cannot be repaired safely, we explain why and walk through appropriate replacement options clearly.

Wheel Alignments

Wheel alignments are sometimes misunderstood and often oversold. At M.R. Automotive, alignments are not automatically included with tire changes.

Alignments are recommended only when:

  • tires show uneven or accelerated wear

  • suspension components have been replaced

  • the vehicle has experienced a curb or pothole impact

We don’t upsell alignments, we recommend them only when justified, helping protect tire wear, steering stability, and customer trust.

What Causes Tire Damage?

Even durable modern tires are subject to wear and damage over time. Common factors include:

Incorrect Tire Pressure

Under‑ or over‑inflation affects handling, braking, and tire lifespan.

Misalignment

Can cause vibrations and uneven or accelerated wear.

Road Conditions

Potholes, debris, and uneven terrain gradually stress tire structures.

Normal Wear

Tires naturally degrade with mileage, age, and seasonal temperature changes.

Regular inspections help identify issues early before they become safety risks.

How to Tell If Your Tires Are Worn

Signs your tires may need attention include:

  • rough rides, vibration, or instability

  • uneven or excessive tread wear

  • visible cracks or damaged valves

  • tread depth below recommended levels

If you’re unsure, our team can inspect your tires and measure tread wear accurately.

Why Choose M.R. Automotive for Tire Services?

At M.R. Automotive, tire service is about more than mounting and selling tires. We focus on proper installation, even wear, and long‑term tire performance, so your tires last longer and perform safely in real driving conditions.

Proper Tire Installation

All tire installations include professional mounting and balancing, with wheels hand‑torqued to manufacturer specifications. This attention to detail helps prevent vibration, uneven wear, and wheel damage.

Real Choice, Not Just House Brands

With access to over 50 tire brands, we help you choose tires based on your vehicle, driving habits, and seasonal needs; not on limited in‑stock or house‑brand options.

Tire Wear & Maintenance Focus

Every tire service includes a review of tire condition and wear patterns. This allows us to recommend rotation, alignment, or suspension checks only when they’re actually needed, helping protect your tire investment.
